This document outlines the sections and contents required for a systematic review and doctoral project proposal on the impact of hospital closures on families and communities. It describes four main sections: 1) Published outcomes and research analyzing previous studies on the topic; 2) Analysis of archival and operational data from the organization; 3) Evidence generated specifically for the project including participants, procedures, and protections; 4) Findings, recommendations and dissemination of results. The proposal provides guidance on the level of detail needed in each section to justify sources and methods, obtain IRB approval, analyze evidence, and develop solutions to address gaps in practice.
