2. Who? What? When? Where? The Holocaust was an extreme genocide that took place in the 1930’s to 1940’s. It took place in European countries, exterminating the Jewish. The Nazi party’s belief was that the Jewish were an evil that was plaguing their country, the Fatherland, and the world. The Jewish were handed over to concentration camps where they were forced to live a life of awful torture- starvation, hard labor, and death looming over your shoulder everywhere you went. Auschwitz, a Jewish concentration and extermination camp located in Poland. Hitler and his Nazi soldiers.

8. In conclusion… The Holocaust was an effect due to a lot of causes. The Treaty of Versailles began it all. Due to this treaty, low national morale began. The shame and guilt built higher and Germany went into the deep end, right into economic depression. When Hitler came into power with his Aryan Race idea, Bigotry and Propaganda was a big trend in Germany. Extreme nationalism happened, only fueled by the propaganda displayed all over the Fatherland, and Hitler and the Nazi party’s lies. The Holocaust was clearly caused by many events that took place before the event itself.
