The formation of the DEP IT support program is organized around five axes: hardware, operating systems, networking, application and software development, and preparation for the workplace. Trainees will learn to install, optimize, and troubleshoot hardware and software, configure Windows and Mac operating systems, set up networking equipment and active directory, develop skills in applications like Word, Excel, Access, and programming languages like Visual Basic, and prepare for their job search and career through communication and time management training.
