The report addressed concerns regarding the growing concerns about the culture of the organization. Recommendations were made to pave the way for the retention of some of the managerial workforce and recruitments of new staffs on merit. The changes outlined in the plan report were as a result of the systemic plan to improve the organization working structure that would improve the human service delivery. You are the executive director of an established not-for-profit, community-based organization provider that offers high-quality educational, vocational, and training services to various segments of the local population. In response to the increasing dropout rate of high school students in the local community and a worsening financial situation at the local school district, the organization is considering the opportunity to offer basic skills and vocational training programs in the community. Going over my results they were kind of contradictory to each other. My leadership style says that I am an idealist, but the second quiz says that I am authoritarian. The first result as an idealist is geared more towards the liberal leaning companies. The idealist will work better with millennials due to the flexibility and understanding for employees. The authoritarian will work better with the baby boomers due to the high demand and strict leadership from the top. Employee commitment in my words is basically how serious an employee takes his/her job and organizational effectiveness is how well a group of people work under the conditions they are given. Leadership style has a direct correlation to both employee commitment and organization effectiveness. Blanken (2013) states that someone who is leading well will possess more than one leadership style. Employees will work better and be more committed to a boss if he/she fits well with their personality. For example, some people like myself hate getting micromanaged and the more I am, the less output they get out of me. . With a lack of work from one employee comes about, comes a less effective organization. An effective organization will be a well oiled machine that comes from a style that fits within that organization. An effective organization will delivery results (Kramer, n.d.) A factory would be more likely to need an authoritarian style leader due to the nature of the work and the expected output of product in a timely manner. An office setting such as where I work needs to have more of an idealist because my work is always changing and sometimes we need flexibility to alter documentation and go about writing different styles depending on the task. The leadership style that is present will determine how well the organization performs. Morale and goals will be achieved through strong leadership that fits the business environment.

Creating commitment among employees is important because without this it will become difficult for an organization to achieve strategic goals. Final Project Overview
You are the executive director of an established not-for-profit, community-based organization provider that offers high-quality educational, vocational, and training services to various segments of the local population. In response to the increasing dropout rate of high school students in the local community and a worsening financial situation at the local school district, the organization is considering the opportunity to offer basic skills and vocational training programs in the community. The purpose of this new program is to equip high school dropouts with necessary skills needed to gain potential employment opportunities.
As an executive director, justify the reasoning behind this new program and develop a complete launch plan, including a budget and consideration of environmental factors. You must determine how data will be used to support the new program and consider human resources issues affecting this new program.
The organization has these issues to consider:
· The local economy situation is depressed due to steady job losses resulting from employers relocating to other cities and communities that offer better economic incentives to employers. As a result, local property taxes that support funding of high school programs have declined singifantly in recent years. The reduction has caused the local school district to lose significant financial resources to retain good teachers or fill vacant teachers’ positions.
· In the last two years the high school dropout rate had climbed to 15% from 5%. The local school district along with state agencies decided to sponsor and fund new training and vocational programs for high school dropouts in order to provide these high school dropouts with necessary skills needed to gain potential employment opportunities. The total funding available for this program is $1,600,000.

· This organization needs to plan for the recruitment and hiring of experienced trainers and other highly skilled technical staff to start the proposed programs. Going over my results they were kind of contradictory to each other. My leadership style says that I am an idealist, but the second quiz says that I am authoritarian. The first result as an idealist is geared more towards the liberal leaning companies. The idealist will work better with millennials due to the flexibility and understanding for employees. The authoritarian will work better with the baby boomers due to the high demand and strict leadership from the top. Employee commitment in my words is basically how serious an employee takes his/her job and organizational effectiveness is how well a group of people work under the conditions they are given. Leadership style has a direct correlation to both employee commitment and organization effectiveness. Blanken (2013) states that someone who is leading well will possess more than one leadership style. Employees will work better and be more committed to a boss if he/she fits well with their personality. For example, some people like myself hate getting micromanaged and the more I am, the less output they get out of me. . With a lack of work from one employee comes about, comes a less effective organization. An effective organization will be a well oiled machine that comes from a style that fits within that organization. An effective organization will delivery results (Kramer, n.d.) A factory would be more likely to need an authoritarian style leader due to the nature of the work and the expected output of product in a timely manner. An office setting such as where I work needs to have more of an idealist because my work is always changing and sometimes we need flexibility to alter documentation and go about writing different styles depending on the task. The leadership style that is present will determine how well the organization performs. Morale and goals will be achieved through strong leadership that fits the business environment.

Creating commitment among employees is important because without this it will become difficult for an organization to achieve strategic goals. Innovative educators have forged paths in the use of Generative AI for teaching, learning and assessments leading to pockets of transformation springing up across HEIs, often with little or no top-down guidance, support or direction.
This Gasta posits a strategic approach to integrating AI into HEIs to prepare staff, students and the curriculum for an evolving world and workplace. We will highlight the advantages of working with these technologies beyond the realm of teaching, learning and assessment by considering prompt engineering skills, industry impact, curriculum changes, and the need for staff upskilling. In contrast, not engaging strategically with Generative AI poses risks, including falling behind peers, missed opportunities and failing to ensure our graduates remain employable. The rapid evolution of AI technologies necessitates a proactive and strategic approach if we are to remain relevant.

Dear Dr. Kornbluth and Mr. Gorenberg,
The US House of Representatives is deeply concerned by ongoing and pervasive acts of antisemitic
harassment and intimidation at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). Failing to act decisively to ensure a safe learning environment for all students would be a grave dereliction of your responsibilities as President of MIT and Chair of the MIT Corporation.
This Congress will not stand idly by and allow an environment hostile to Jewish students to persist. The House believes that your institution is in violation of Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, and the inability or
unwillingness to rectify this violation through action requires accountability.
Postsecondary education is a unique opportunity for students to learn and have their ideas and beliefs challenged. However, universities receiving hundreds of millions of federal funds annually have denied
students that opportunity and have been hijacked to become venues for the promotion of terrorism, antisemitic harassment and intimidation, unlawful encampments, and in some cases, assaults and riots.
The House of Representatives will not countenance the use of federal funds to indoctrinate students into hateful, antisemitic, anti-American supporters of terrorism. Investigations into campus antisemitism by the Committee on Education and the Workforce and the Committee on Ways and Means have been expanded into a Congress-wide probe across all relevant jurisdictions to address this national crisis. The undersigned Committees will conduct oversight into the use of federal funds at MIT and its learning environment under authorities granted to each Committee.
• The Committee on Education and the Workforce has been investigating your institution since December 7, 2023. The Committee has broad jurisdiction over postsecondary education, including its compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act, campus safety concerns over disruptions to the learning environment, and the awarding of federal student aid under the Higher Education Act.
• The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is investigating the sources of funding and other support flowing to groups espousing pro-Hamas propaganda and engaged in antisemitic harassment and intimidation of students. The Committee on Oversight and Accountability is the principal oversight committee of the US House of Representatives and has broad authority to investigate “any matter” at “any time” under House Rule X.
• The Committee on Ways and Means has been investigating several universities since November 15, 2023, when the Committee held a hearing entitled From Ivory Towers to Dark Corners: Investigating the Nexus Between Antisemitism, Tax-Exempt Universities, and Terror Financing.
