- Look for herbal products that are third-party tested to ensure quality and accurate labeling of ingredients. Consider consulting an herbalist or naturopath.
- Start with a low dose and monitor your body's response, as herbal effects can vary between individuals. Be aware of

Quality and Safety are 2 Sides of the Same CoinRohit Tomar
This document discusses the relationship between quality and safety, using the aviation industry as an example. It defines quality as meeting requirements, and safety as controlling recognized hazards to achieve an acceptable level of risk. Two aviation accident case studies show how lapses in quality procedures led to safety hazards and accidents. The document argues that quality and safety are interlinked, with safety serving as an indicator of an organization's quality system. An effective quality system uses a plan-do-check-act cycle to ensure requirements are met, while safety systems aim to identify and minimize risks. The conclusion is that high quality and high safety standards are mutually dependent.
The document provides an overview of the International Safety Management (ISM) Code, which establishes a standard for the safe management and operation of ships. The ISM Code aims to reduce these human errors through proper management systems, including training, standardized procedures, adequate staffing, and communication. It outlines the structure and objectives of the ISM Code, including defining roles and responsibilities, establishing safety policies and procedures, and documentation requirements. Companies must implement safety management systems meeting the ISM Code's standards and are subject to audits and reviews to ensure compliance.
The document discusses event logistics and infrastructure planning. It explains that the first step is to identify all infrastructure requirements based on the event details. This includes items like staging, power, facilities, and parking. Approval must then be obtained from authorities. Contractors are hired and licenses obtained as needed. Careful coordination is required for setup and takedown to ensure everything is in place safely. The event manager must monitor progress closely to help ensure the infrastructure is built smoothly and according to schedule.
