This document is a compare and contrast essay on the Marvel superhero characters Captain America and Iron Man. It summarizes their different origins, powers, and storylines. Captain America was a weak man who gained superhuman abilities in World War 2, while Iron Man is a billionaire who builds a powerful suit of armor. Their movies also have different plots, with Captain America fighting in World War 2 and Iron Man facing threats to his technology. Both characters bring messages of perseverance and doing what's right despite challenges.

2. Since I was a kid, I always love to watch superhero cartoon. Sometimes, I
also love to read my superhero comics. Nowadays, They complied them into
movie theatre and produce some real motion movie based on Marvel’s character,
such as Thor, Spiderman, X-Men: Days of Future Past and other. I like to watch
Captain America: The First Avenger the most and Ironman.
Contrast the character of Captain America and Ironman 2, we can found a
lot of difference from these two character. First, They came from difference
background. Steve Rogers who is the Captain America was born on early
twentieth century, His father was a soldier who fought and died in the First
World War. His mother is a nurse, died of tuberculosis. He was designed as a
patriotic super-soldier. According to the movie The First Avenger, Steve want to
enter in the America armed force but he ‘s small physique fail to achieve the
requirement and military rejected. Fortunately, he got the chance for an
experiment program in a secret lab that will turn him become a super-soldier
and muscular during the Second World War. However, Tony Stark, who’s the
Ironman suit inventor was born in twenty-first century, the owner of the
prominent US firm, Stark Industries. He is an genius in engineer who were the
genius who created a powerful suit of armor which is Ironman suit to defeat the
enemy.
Both Captain America and Ironman also gain their difference power and
weapon. The movie Captain America: The First Avenger had fully represent
Steven’s pinnacle of human physical perfection. He was evoluted to the
superhuman level through a secret experiment. He’s metabolism is seven times
faster than normal human and had a very high intelligence as well as agility,
strength, speed, and reaction time superior. The Captain America’s shield is his
primary weapon. The shield is disc shaped with a star in the center of shield
within silver, red and blue. The shield made by three unique components which
similar with alloy. It’s very hard and Captain America used it to defeat his enemy.
On the other hand, Tony Stark had not represent the human physical perfection.
He just a normal human being but fortunately he was talented for controlling
machines, he built a powerful suit of armor which can let him fly across the sky

3. and the weapon installed around the Ironman suit to defeat the enemy, and the
high technology program –JARVIS, which is the Tony Stark’s home computer
systems. It’s taking care everything to do about him. He also built some suit with
difference Armor, design and upgrade his suit. Actually he is a self-made
superhero, without the Ironman suit, he just a simple human being.
In contrast, the storyline of Captain America: The First Avenger also
totally difference with Ironman. The First Avenger represents a patriot, Steven
Roger wants to join the America Force Army during the second World War but
military rejected because he has not been able to achieve the physical ability
requirement. He got the opportunity to take part in a experiment program and
become a muscular superhero and rename Captain America. He leads the
America army to fight against the known Hydra bases and the megalomaniacal
evil Red Skull. Red Skull was the head of Hydra organization and he want to
control the whole world with a high-tech energy weapons but fortunately,
everything stopped by Steve. The ending part is the most interesting part for me.
In a hug cockpit, Red Skull fires his cube-energy pistol at Steve but deflect the
shot by his shield. The shot deflected and destroyed the cockpit’s center console.
At the same time, Red Skull lift up the cube, suddenly a portal appeared above
him and crumbled him. After the thrilling battle in the hug cockpit, the console
damaged causing the cockpit lost control. Steve plan to sacrifice him self pushes
the control panel to flied the plane into glacier and crashes it before the plane fly
to Eastern Seaboard.
Since the first Ironman movie produced in 2008, Ironman 2 also release
on to the movie theatre 2010. Tis movie represent the billionaire playboy Tony
Stark conscious to the world that he is the Iron man. He is very popular because
his hot and high- technology. He faces a lot of pressure from government and
public to share his armor to the military, but the secret of his armor suit fall into
wrong hand, Ivan Vanko. Ivan is the son of Russia physicist who wants to remove
Stark from people. Tony approached by Nick Fury of S.H.E.I.L.D, who provides
him with a chest of his father's old artifacts. He built a new triangular cheat that
can cures his poisoning. At the same time, Vanko has been created more new and

4. powerful armor suit with remote-controlled armors or enemies. Finally, the
agent of S.H.I.E.L.D – Natalie able to give Rhodes control of his armor again so
that he and Stark combined their powers and successfully take Vanko down.
In conclusion, both of Captain America and Ironman are very famous
super hero in the world. Even both of these movies difference from the storyline,
hero’s background and their intangible, they bring out the strong massage of
never surrender to the evil and to be true to yourself and your values, and when
you know you're right and you're awesome, just do what you want to do. I hope
the next episode with getting more interesting for each movie.
