• A powerful suit of electric armor that has an array of weapons, created by Tony Stark.
• Has the ability to fly, shoot energy repulsors, superhuman strength, and etc.
• The suit is protected from almost any element.
• The suit was originally created from scrap metal, before being updated and improved.
• Skilled in hand-to-hand combat
• The suit went through 3 trials before being perfected.
o Mark I to escape the terrorists he was captured by
o Mark II to test flying
o Mark III for design
• The Iron Man suit can adapt to many environments

3. Avengers - Thor
• A demigod
• Uses a hammer as his main weapon
• Has the ability of flight, weather manipulation, can jump between
dimensions, and etc.

4. Avengers - Captain America/Steve
Rogers
• Transformed into a super soldier to stop Hitler’s weaponry leader
and Red Skull
• Fought in WWII
• Was “asleep” for 70 years
• Skilled in hand-to-hand combat
• Main use of weapon is the shield
• An excellent field commander

5. Avengers - The Hulk/Dr. Bruce Banner
• An gamma ray incident caused the transformation of The Hulk
• The Hulk transforms when only agitated or enraged
• Transformation causes him to become a huge, enraged green
mutation that destroys anything in his path
• Has extreme superhuman strength and can jump high distances

6. Avengers – Black Widow/Natasha
Romanoff
• Skilled in hand-to-hand combat
• Assassin
• S.H.I.E.L.D. agent

7. Avengers – Hawkeye/Clint Barton
• Skilled in hand-to-hand combat

• A diabolical, vengeful, Asgardian who seeks to dominate
the Earth
• The main villain in the Avengers
• Uses a scepter as his main weapon
• Unmerciful and has no moral compass

12. Villains – Thanos
• Supplied Loki of the Chitauri army
• Unseen villain until the after credits of the
film

• An alien army that follows Loki into
attacking the Earth
• Supplied by Thanos
• Hostile aliens

14. Loki and the Chitauri
• Attacked S.H.I.E.L.D. and stole the Tesseract
•After the attack at S.H.I.E.L.D., Nick Fury
resumes the Avengers Initiative

15. Activating the Avengers
After the attack on an S.H.I.E.L.D. base, Fury sends out
agents to retrieve some of the Avengers
•Natasha goes to get Dr. Bruce Banner – the Hulk – to
trace the Tesseract’s location
•Phil Coulson goes to Tony Stark to look through former
research of the Tesseract, after Selvig is taken by Loki
•Nick Fury goes to Steve Rogers – Captain America – so
he can find the Tesseract and retrieve it

16. Distractions and Holding Loki
After losing some valuable agents, and retrieving some of the Avengers,
Fury locates Loki and sends Captain America to retrieve the Tesseract.
•Hawkeye steals a rare element – Iridium – in Germany, needed for Selvig’s
work on the Tesseract
•Loki distracts Iron Man, Captain America, and Black Widow for Hawkeye’s
theft to take place
•After being “defeated” by the three Avengers, Loki surrenders and gets
captures
•Thor shows up and captures Loki. He tries to persuade Loki to call of his
plans, and return back to their home, Asgard.
•Thor, Iron Man, and Captain America face off in a heated battle
•They all return to S.H.I.E.L.D.’s aircraft, the Helicarrier and imprison Loki
•Banner and Stark try to find the Tesseract

17. Divided and Secrets Revealed
After Loki’s capture, the Avengers argue over Loki’s deranged plan on
waging war and dominating the Earth. Some of S.H.I.E.L.D.’s dark
secrets are revealed when tensions rise on the Helicarrier.
• Tony and Bruce question S.H.I.E.L.D.’s motives over the
Tesseract
• Steve finds Hydra weapons that would be used from the power
of the Tesseract
• Fury reveals that S.H.I.E.L.D. would use the Tesseract’s power
for weapons to fight against unknown species
• The Avengers are outraged and argue over the use of the
weapons, as well as Loki’s plan on dominating the Earth
• Loki’s men – Hawkeye and others – attack the Helicarrier,
which unleashes the Hulk
• The Avengers are scattered
• Phil Coulson dies from confronting Loki

18. Avengers Assemble
After the death of Phil Coulson, the Avengers are angered by
the recent events. Fury uses Coulson’s death to motivate and
assemble the Avengers once again, to finally stop Loki. The
Avengers suit up and travel to New York to battle against Loki
and protect the citizens. Loki powers the Tesseract and starts
to wage war, with the Chitauri backing him.
• The Avengers reunite and fight against Loki’s forces
• The Avengers also rescue citizens out of the battle
• The Hulk beats Loki
• Black Widow finds Dr. Selvig, and attempts’ with him,
to shut down the portal in which the Chitauri are coming from

19. Avengers Assemble (continued)
The Avengers are slowly losing, and the Council orders Fury to nuke New York, as the
Chitauri’s invasion overwhelms the city.
• Fury disobeys the Council
• A nuclear missile is sent to New York
• Iron Man intercepts the missile
• As Iron Man gets the missile into the portal where the Chitauri are coming
from, Black Widow closes it to stop any other Chitauri forces appearing
• Tony falls back to the Earth just in time
• The Avengers win the battle against Loki
After the Avengers stop Loki, they all go their separate paths. Fury addresses the
Council and tells them the Avengers will be needed again, when the time calls for it.
• Thor returns with Loki to Asgard, to make sure he pays for his crimes; He
takes the Tesseract as well.
• Captain America returns home.
• Iron Man and the Hulk return to their respective homes
• Black Widow and Hawkeye return to S.H.I.E.L.D.
