This study investigates the effects of information technology (IT) and total quality management (TQM) on the organizational performance of state-owned enterprises in Padang City, Indonesia, using a quantitative approach and data from 90 questionnaires. The findings demonstrate that both IT and TQM positively and significantly influence organizational performance, confirming the hypotheses that their implementation leads to improved efficiency, quality, and overall business results. The study highlights the necessity of integrating IT and TQM practices to enhance competitive advantage in a dynamic market environment.
