The beginner of a new legacy, The Clayworth Legacy.

1. The Clayworth Legacy:
Generation One,
Chapter One.

2. Hello there and welcome to the first chapter of The Clayworth Legacy.
This is my first published Legacy.
I have tried to do some in the past, but lack of motivation got to me.
But now I am ready to try again and I'm pretty excited.
The legacy is in my Uberhood, The main town being Pleasantview.
There are no handicaps and not really plot driven, Just your average Legacy!
All generations will have name themes though.
I hope it's an enjoyable read.

3. Meet our founder, Mia Clayworth.
She is a Knowledge sim with the lifetiime want to become a city planner.
Mia is am Aquarius and with 4/4/4/7/6 as her personality.
Turn ons: Facial hair and charismatic. Turn off: unemployed.
Mia: “I would like to thank you for making me good-looking mysterious voice in the sky.”
You're not romance, stop looking in the mirror and go find a job.
M: “But I like looking in the mirror.”
Mia, just go.
M: “Fine.”

4. Here is our lovely starting house, note it took me longer to do this then it should have.
I over spent on the walls and I also had to sell the bookcase, just so Mia had
at least some money. >.>;
I kept out a book from the bookcase, so She still had a book to skill from.
M: “Can I get out of this legacy, This house sucks.. I can't find a husband with these living
conditions.”
Hush child, once you start earning money and have someone move in, life will be.. let's say, a little more
bare-able.
M: “I'm holding you to that.”

5. As she looked through the newspaper, no job really caught her eye.
She was hoping her dream career would be in the paper today, but no such luck.
Mia knew she needed the money though, so she applied for the medical field and now works as
an Emergency Medical Technician.
M: “This will have to do.” She sighed, placing the paper on the floor as she casually walked outside.

6. As Mia got outside, she noticed a bundle of people coming onto her lot.
But instead of wanting to greet anyone, she decided to try and capture butterflies.
M: “I really enjoyed this hobby!” Mia exclaimed as she caught nothing.
Are you not going to greet anyone?
M: “No, I want to capture more butterflies!”
As you might not know, the two people in the picture behind Mia are Brandi Broke and Michael Bachelor!
I resurrected Michael, aged him down and now he's married to Dina Caliente.

7. After a long first day of catching butterflies and keeping her needs up, Mia heads to bed
for she has her first day at work in the morning.
M: “I want to capture more -”
Look, I know you enjoy the nature hobby, but you have more important things to do!
M: “Ugh, but working and looking for a guy sounds boring.”
If you want a nice house, then you need to work.
M: “Why did I have to be a legacy sim? Why can't I live in a motherloaded mansion” She sighed.
Because I like you and I didn't want to use anyone else! You should feel special. T_T
Mia got up to make breakfast, avoiding any eye contact with me.

8. After breakfast, the carpool to her shiny new job arrives and she heads out to get in.
Driver: “Ah, A legacy household. I feel sorry for you.”
Mia: “Please save me, drive this ambulance far away!”
Driver: “No can do sister, The boss would surely find me and kill me if I didn't return this.”
Mia: “Frammit.”

9. After work, Mia decided to greet any passer by sims, and who should appear but none other than Sandy
Bruty. Shame you will not be part of this legacy, nope; So get those lips moving and out of my lot!
But Mia did chat with Marylena, for her social bar was getting pretty low.
Mary's face screams I'm not impressed, yet she was throwing out all the positive points. Why must these
sims lie about how they feel.

10. Once her social bar was back in the green, I sent Mia to check the newspaper in hopes of the Architect
career track and with luck, it was the first job!
Quitting her old job, Mia is now a cement mixer. But unfortunately she doesn't start until Thursday.
Oh well, I guess this gives us a day to go on a husband search.
M: “Ugh, forget about that. Can I have a shower so I can wash myself?!”
Oh right, I just noticed the green stink coming off you..Let me fix that for you, my bad Mia.
M: “..I'm not even going to ask how you didn't notice them.”

11. M: “You call this a shower?”
It's all you can afford on such a low paycheque. You should be happy you even have this, I could easily
just sell it again and make you sponge bath.
M: “..You win this time.”
Now go shower, so we can send you to bed and wake you up bright and early!
M: “...”

12. Ah, Doesn't the morning smell so nice?
M: “Sure, but you aren't the one who has to go socialise with strangers, So stop trying to change
the subject.”
Look, I'm just trying to make you less nervous, now smell the freshly cut grass and get going.
M: “Yeah yeah.. Where are going anyway?”
Hunters park in Bluewater Village..
M: “Well at least you choose a Nature type place, So I guess it will be alright.”
With that, Mia strolled out of Pleasantview and took a nice pleasant walk to Bluewater.

13. And of course, what does every sim do when they go to a community? Why they play on the chess board.

Mia get off that chess board!
M: “I Can't hear you over my knowledge sim-brain thinking of several ways to win.”
-Hovers mouse over action and cancels- Do do dooo~
M: “I can't do anything fun..”
Well, You founders should listen to us and these things wouldn't happen.

14. Goopy...
G: “Mystery voice in the sky..”
Goopy...
G: “I bet you want this fine hunk of man in your legacy? And How did I know you're doing a legacy?
Well, I am the Goop-Meister. I can smell a legacy miles away and all the ladies want a piece of me.”
Hahahahaha, NO. You're not stepping one foot in this legacy. I refuse to have those plaid pants anywhere
near my lot.
G: “Come on baby, you know you want me. Say do you have a simself anywhere?”
NOPE AND NOPE. There are no simselves in my game ATM, not even one of me. Now if you excuse me, I
have to find decent sims.
G: “Fine, your loss.”

15. After that horrible encounter, Mia had slipped off to talk with Sandy Bruty while eating a hot dog. Say,
where do they get the plates from and How can I make plates appear out of thin air?
M: “Sandy, Do you want to switch places? I don't think I want to be a founder.”
S: “No thanks, I'm a free spirit now and I just want to be be young forever.”
M: “Well tell me, How did you get such, Uh.. plump lips?”

16. S:”Oh? You like my lips? Well the secret is to get someone to kick a soccer ball into your mouth
and Viola! You will have perfectly plumped lips, No surgery needed.”
M: “Hmm, but that sounds very discomforting and painful.. I mean I don't want lips like that, Just
intrigued me to know why you kept them.”
S: “Are you saying my lips are horrible?!”
M: “Well...”
S: “HMPH! I will walk away with such anger, once I've devoured this hot dog. “
M: “Uh.. well look at the time, I should be going.”
Gulping down the last of her hot dog, Mia took to her feet and paced away with speed from Hunters Park.

17. All I can say is.. STEPHEN WHY?

18. As we ventured to a new spot, The Hub in Downtown.
I looked away for 5 seconds to find this bartender laughing.
I wonder why?

19. MIA, WHY ARE YOU SMUSTLING, YOU SHOULD BE LOOKING FOR HUSBANDS!
M: “But dancing is super fun, Come on everyone and do the Smustle!”
Well, while you look insane, I will search for potential husbands.

20. Searching for townies can be frustrating at times, specially when mostly playables join the lot!
The only amusing thing was seeing Mortimer Goth come on the lot in his pregnant state. -Snickers-
Mortimer: “You did this to me!”
Why yes I did, I aged you down and got Bella back for you. Are you not happy?
Mortimer: “I am happy about those, specially the love of my life being back, but alien pregnant?
Why!”
I just wanted to see how your child would look.
Mortimer: “Fair enough..OH, ARE THEY SMUSTLING?”
I promise this will be the only time I'll make you pregnant! Wait, you shouldn't be heading over to the dance
floor in your condition...I've lost him to the smustle.

21. After my small bonding session with Mortimer Goth, I found Mia sitting down with a cool glass of water.
Which by the way is all you're having, I'm not spending any of your money on food you could easily learn at
home.
M: “But I don't have a stove or counters to make any of this, I can only make sandwiches and
Cereal.”
Stop your whining and get off that table.
M: “Fine, but at least let me talk to the hot waiter in the kitchen.”
Fine, go ahead. Your social bar is sort of in the yellow anyway.

22. And so I let her go talk to the “hot” waiter, Named Ferris Hendriks.
Though he kept giving her angry and worried faces as they talked but was throwing out positive points..
Seriously sims? You need to get your facial expressions correct.

23. So, Hows life? -whistles innocently-
M: “You made me stop talking to the hot waiter, just to come home and eat this crappy cereal and
my “home” is still small and dingy.”
You were hungry and I didn't want you to spend money on expensive, nice food. You also don't have
enough money to improve the house!
M: “Just let me eat in peace.”
Fiiiiiine.

24. After her delicious cereal was eaten, we sent Mia off to bed.
Even though it's still pretty early, her energy was pretty low from being on community lots for a long time.
Plus she starts her first day of work tomorrow, I want her in the green as much as possible.

25. M: “Blarg, this is worst than Cereal!”
Well that is the only thing available at this time of night.
M: “When can I get a real kitchen.”
Whenever you find someone to move in with you, which isn't proving to be easy right now.
I may have to bring in the matchmaker at some point.

26. Excuse me, but do you not have a newspaper at home?
Random passer-by: “Maybe I do.. Maybe I don't..”
Well, go home anyway.
Random:” Well, you're nice..”
I don't need you here right now, my founder is asleep, so she can't greet you and you're not a man!
Random: “Fine, I'm out.”

27. Yay! You have a smile on your face Mia~
M: “I dreamt of meeting a nice guy and a nice looking house and I love jump rope!”
I love jump rope too, But I promise you I'll find you someone ASAP. ;~;
M: “I trust you enough, now let me jump rope!”
Not to bother you, But you might want to go back to sleep for a bit. I may have woke you up too early.

28. As I let Mia sleep for a bit longer, I noticed a pesky dog digging a hole in her lot..
M: “Frammit dogs, always making holes on lots.”
I know it's annoying, but I'll get you a maid at some point, so you won't have to fill them up anymore. But
hey! There are some nifty fireflies you can play with.
M: “I love fireflies, I'm going to try and catch some!“ :D
She didn't catch any though.
she may love nature but she sure does suck at catching anything.

29. Finally Thursday has arrived and that means it's time for Mia to start her new job as a Cement mixer.
Not going to lie, but that outfit always makes me giggle, it's the hat.
It was a good first day for Mia though, she was able to snag a promotion to brick layer.
The money is starting to roll in, slowly..

30. Though after work, she decided to invite Jenny smite inside.
The social bar goes down so quickly, but I need to keep Mia happy and more friends is never
a bad thing, specially if she wants promotions in the future.

31. After an evening of talking with Jenny, Mia sent her home and decided to make a paper plane out of the
newspaper and play with it.
I guess it brings her fun up, not by much, but she keeps wanting to throw it.
Side note, I wish I could make a plane that could.

32. After such a fun time with her paper plane, Mia finally goes to bed. She needs to wake up early to do a bit
of skilling before work.

33. Waking up bright and early, we send Mia to skill up mechanical for a bit. Before tending to her need for
food.

34. Ah, your favourite meal, cereal!
M: “I'm so done with cereal, but it's really the only thing I can make.”
Better than instant meals, Am I right?
M: “Unfortunately you are. “
After feeding her, we sent Mia off to work again.
Hopefully she'll get another promotion, her mood was pretty good.

35. She didn't get another promotion, but decided to finally buy a phone and easel with her first promotion
bonus, Sorry Mia.
No real kitchen for you yet.
Dina Bachelor (Caliente) decided to call her up and they talked for a few hours before
Mia went to bed.

36. Because Mia went to bed quite early, she woke up at 2am. Which means we can go to a community lot
and maybe actually find someone to marry before work.
This time we are taking a trip to Cold issue clothing in downtown.

37. First thing she does?
Goes to check out the cash register and she disliked it.
I'm sorry Mia, but you're going to have to deal with that cash register, it's part of the lot.
M: “But it's so plain looking..”
Just go find sims and browse through the clothing you can't buy.

38. When I said find sims, I didn't ask for this.
Why is this spot so popular? Because near enough everyone on the lot was going there.
Maybe they all wanted to check out the pregnant Bella Goth in the back.

39. Stop browsing through the clothes every second, you can't really afford new clothes right now.
M: -sighs-
I like that outfit on you as well, Sorry.
Let's go somewhere else, this lot has no one suitable for you.
So we take a trip to another downtown spot, FM.

40. Huh, you really like waiters don't you.
M: “Please take me away from the crazy mysterious voice who has me trapped in a box house!”
Waiter: “I'm sorry miss, but I'm just a humble waiter and I must go talk to those sims who just sat
down!”
M: “god frammit waiter, He ignored my request!”

41. Ugh, It's so weird seeing Mrs.CrumpleBottom smiling.
I like her when she's knitting and whacking people with her bag!

42. Mia stop! You may be attracted to that man, but you cannot have him! He is a playable, which is a shame
for he was quite cute and the first guy Mia had bolts for.. frammit.

43. After no luck, again I might add. Mia went home and just retired to her bed, seeing as she still has to go to
work in a few hours..
I am going to have to call the matchmaker sooner than later, maybe she will give me townies, even if I will
be giving her such low funds.

44. After waking up from her short slumber, Mia decided to use the easel that was bought a few days back,
and of course she would paint a house.
I promise you'll get a bigger house soon, you really don't have the funds to do any upgrading!
She only had about 600 Simoleons to her name.

45. Sent her off to work, after the hectic morning of trying to find a guy on community lots.
Coming home, she didn't get a promotion.
Mia you're slacking!
So we just send her to bed, seeing as her energy was quite low from not getting enough sleep before
hand.

46. Waking up bright and early, Mia decided to call the matchmaker. In hopes that maybe she will finally find
herself a townie.
I am getting so desperate here.

47. Matchmaker: “$3?! Ugh don't tell me you're a legacy lot.”
Mia: “I am, but please find me someone who is cute and has facial hair!”
Matchmaker: “With $3, you wish. Let me see what my crystal ball gives you.
Mia: “Squee! I am so excited.”

48. First attempt, we get a playable!
Wrong type of guy matchmaker.
How about we up the money to $6.

49. Second attempt.
Pretty sure he is also a playable, send him home as well, Mia.
We will try one more time, upping the money to $9.

50. Third time and we finally got ourselves a townie!
Mia go, talk to him! MAKE HIM LIKE YOU.

51. Annnnnd he dislikes everything Mia talks about, Great!
Oh my god, I've never had such bad luck in trying to find someone before.
Wait a second, who is that walking on the lot..
Mia send that creep home and go greet the other person!

52. Why it's none other than Goopy's twin, Gordon!
Oh my god, I really don't want to marry Mia to him, But what if I have no choice.

53. Of course these two would hit it off.
I need to think of something and fast..
Wait a second, I just realised.. NPCs!
Mia, I know who exactly I want you to marry!
Send this clown home, you have a call to make.
I can't believe I actually forgot NPCs existed, haha.

54. M: “Hello? Yes, I would like to hire a maid please.”
You better give us a male one, I know who I want.
M: “Oh,only Kaylynn is available right now? Sure I'll hire her.”
FRAMMIT
M: “But, if I call back another time you might have someone else? Thanks I will keep that in mind.”
Good, because I know if you fire a maid and hire again you'll get a differet one. Good good.

55. M: “Ah, I wish I had a cute little house like the one in my painting..”
If all goes to plan, that dream will be sooner than you think.
After finishing her painting and selling it was $2, Mia showered, drank some instant meals and hopped into
bed, for it will be the start of a new week.
Hopefully a better week.

56. Please plumbob lord, give Mia a promotion!

57. Kaylynn: -sigh- “Being a maid is boring.”
You know, Maybe I'll add you to the family.. in the future.
Kaylynn: “I don't know if that's worse or not..”
I'll give you a call.

58. Yay! Finally a promotion.
Mia is now a Foreman and oh look, She bought Dina home.
Why do I feel she's going to be doing that a lot, but it's good.
Since even though she met quite a few people on community lots, none of them became her friend..
So I guess Dina will be her first friend.

59. Who are you calling?
M: “Maids society, you wanted me to try and get a male maid, didn't you?”
I did, yes.. you're listening to me!
M: “Well, I'm going to fire Kaylynn and see if they have any male maids available. Then I'm going to
call Dina, seeing as we work in the same career and I would like some friends.”
Not my fault that many of the people on the community lots didn't like talking to you..
M: “Shush Narrator! Oh no sir, I wasn't talking to you. The shush was just to an annoying person in
my house. Anyway I am calling to fire Kaylynn and was wondering if maybe you had any male maids
available.”
Please say yes.. please. -crosses fingers-
M: There is? Yes I would like him. Thank you sir.
YEEEEEEEESSS! Now everything is going to plan.

60. M: “Such a long phone call with Dina, Did you know Don had a huge rubber duckie collection? Ugh,
my neck is so stiff as well!”
Well, I certainly didn't know that and you need some sleep..
M: “I'm going, I'm going..”

61. After waking up, Mia noticed there was no food in her fridge.
My bad, I forget to have her check how much food was left and forgot to get her to restock the fridge, so I
got her to ordered a pizza instead.
Lets say it's a little treat for how good this week seems to be going.
Once she finished her pizza, she showered and got dressed, it was time for her to skill up again.
Need to get those promotions rolling in.

62. And with her newly promotion to Foreman, I decided to splash her cash on a chess board, seeing as she
needs logic to get her next promotion.
I accidently forgot to take any more pictures for today, Tuesday
Mia worked, didn't get a promotion because her mood was pretty low.
Ended up having her call Gordon and Dina over the phone and just send her to bed.

63. Waking up, Mia decided to do a bit more painting today, hopefully no more painting of houses, please?
She had no work today, so I'll be able to relax and take care of her needs easier.
M: “Hmm, I think the new maid is here.”
STOP YOUR PAINTING AND GO OUT TO GREET HIM!
M: “But he has cleaning to do..”
Drop that paintbrush and move your butt outside.
M: “Fine, I'm going.”

64. Remington, remington, remingtooooooong~
My all time favourite maid!
M: “I was forced to stop you from cleaning and talk with you.”
Rem: “Oh? One of them legacy founds I take it?”
M: “You guessed it, I guess we are pretty common to you guys, huh?
Rem: “Oh very common. Every NPC society member gets a very detailed letter about you guys.
Even though I've heard a lot of them end up being happier when they got married.”
M: “Oh right, I guess you must have been worried coming here?”
Rem: “Not at all, Legacies do not scare me, they intrigue me.”
M: “Oooh.. that's very good to hear.”
Admit it Mia, you like him as much as I do.

65. After Remington went home, Mia decided to call him up. They already had already built up a good
relationship and were already very close to being friends.
I really hope you two are talking about police handcuffing robbers and nothing else.

66. After a great Wednesday, Mia knew it was time to hit the hay,
for she was back at work tomorrow morning.
Even though, right now all she could do was think about Remington.

67. Waking up and going straight to work, Mia came home with another promotion!
She was now The head of construction company.
She immediately went to shower and headed straight to the phone and called a certain guy over, seeing as
she missed him while at work.

68. M: “I'm so glad you could come over!” Mia spoke with glee, giving him air kisses.
Rem: “It's always pleasure my sweet.” He returned the kisses.

69. They really did enjoy charming, admiring and giving each other backrubs. I spent most of my time just
sitting here, checking Mia's needs to make sure they were in the green.
At the end of the evening, they both had a high relationship and were crushing.

70. I love when sims do this, it's always adorable.

71. It was the next day, Friday. Mia was sat at the chess board, skilling up her logic some more before work.

72. Mia, why are you mopping. Remington will be over soon and he'll mop it up! Plus your carpool is here, you
don't really have time to clean.
M: “But I don't want his hands to get ruined from all this mopping or his neck might get sore!”
Listen here, Remington has been maiding it up for years and he still looks as good as if this game was just
released.
M: “I'm just trying to help make it easier for him, but I guess you're right. I also don't want to miss
my carpool.”
Go, run like the wind. Luckily she made it.

73. Mia came home with another promotion! She is half way to her lifetime want. She also snagged the made
$5000 memory. I think this calls for a celebration.

74. Mia invited Remington over to celebrate with her, Btw, she's only in her nightwear because she tried
going to bed. But now isn't the time for sleep, We have something to do Mia.

75. After a bit more flirting and many kisses later,
Mia asked Remington to move in with her and he gladly accepted!
Remington moved in with $14000, Now we can finally add to the house.
Remington Harris:

76. Here is the newly upgraded house, not massive
but a bit more room than before.
