the risks in the name of progress were limited to localized accidents, while
their time scale (occupational health), as well as spatial or biological scale (the
environment) have increased.
Until now, the most substantive responses have tried to orient themselves to
the levels of production; However, there are many tasks that an engineering
professional must do: plan, prepare environmental impact studies, manage
environmental resources, etc ... But, undoubtedly one of the most difficult and
fascinating tasks of these professionals is to anticipate the possible current
impacts of humanity on the environment.
Taking into account the importance of engineering, it is not surprising that
professionals in this discipline occupy important places in public bodies, in
companies related to fields such as agriculture or mining and even in health
companies; and it is that any activity must be regulated and approved so that
its consequences do not end up contaminating our world excessively.

The ethics of engineering is the branch of applied ethics and the set of moral
principles that applies to the practice of engineering. Examines and establishes the
