Why didn't I hear from you? If you applied for a job recently, why didn't you ask me if I knew someone at the company. The only good reason is that you already had a champion who was helping you land the interview. Otherwise, you're missing out. If you want the interview you have to have some connection to the hiring manager. It isn't as hard as it sounds.
