The laser cutting head is a part of laser cutting machine that focuses the laser beam onto the material that wants to be cut. It's components include a reflecting mirror, focal lens, a nozzle and a gas or water jet.
The laser cutting head could be used in laser cutting machine to reflect and focus the expanded beam into a small spot. It can be used to cut various materials such as acrylic, paper, cloth and many others.
Starting with the daily maintenance, these works are useful as they help us to verify the progress of wearing of materials considered as consumables. First, we should check status of cutting head of the laser cutting machine, check status of nozzle, and replace it if necessary. Check if the lenses is dirty and, clean it or replace in case it´s necessary. At last, we should clean externally the cutting head of laser cutting machine. About the weekly tasks on the maintenance of cutting head, first, it should be checked, and replace it if necessary, the protection window at the bottom. Clean the external surface of the cutting head of laser cutting machine.

Sublimation transfer printing ink is the the key material of sublimation transfer technology, it is mainly composed of disperse dyes, binders, solvents and a small amount of additives. Dye is required to have good sublimation transfer, permeability and certain fastness.

In dye sublimation special dye sublimation inks are used to print the artwork onto a specific paper. The paper is placed on top of fabric or object in a heat press and is typically heated to 200C for around 1 minute. The heat converts the dye on the paper directly to a gas. The “fibres” of the fabric or film which have opened up under the heat absorb the dying gas. When it cools down the fibres close back up and the dye is locked into the fabric or film.
