Well, there is NO HARM to think, behave or
present BIG. The only problem is that I /we
tend to LOSE that impressiveness , that

BIGNESS as far as we cross the threshold
of conference rooms and enter classrooms and
come back to our usualness or worse

littleness.








1. The BDS is one of the de-VIPisational
hidden processes.
2. Teachers are usually unaware of their
behaviors.
3. BDS is not arrogance or grandioseness
4. BDS and DV are unintentionally produced
5. BDS and DV might be a form of unknown TS bullying.






1. Action research: observe yourself or be peerobserved.
2. (Re)VIPise your students the way you do
with your colleagues and audience.
3. Review your misconception about student,
Stop saying : « They are just students ».




  • 10.  YOU PROBABLY SHOW THE SYMPTOMES OF AN OLD/NEW SYNDROME :

  • 13.  Well, there is NO HARM to think, behave or present BIG. The only problem is that I /we tend to LOSE that impressiveness , that BIGNESS as far as we cross the threshold of conference rooms and enter classrooms and come back to our usualness or worse littleness.
  • 14.      1. The BDS is one of the de-VIPisational hidden processes. 2. Teachers are usually unaware of their behaviors. 3. BDS is not arrogance or grandioseness 4. BDS and DV are unintentionally produced 5. BDS and DV might be a form of unknown TS bullying.
  • 15.    1. Action research: observe yourself or be peerobserved. 2. (Re)VIPise your students the way you do with your colleagues and audience. 3. Review your misconception about student, Stop saying : « They are just students ».
