The first factor my group took into consideration when taking our photographs of
Messier 13 was that it is a deep sky object, which means that it is far away and dim.
This meant that our photos needed to be taken with high ISO and high exposure.
Specifically, this meant we needed to follow the first golden rule which is that our
first photo should be taken with a thirty second exposure and the highest ISO the

We agreed upon this number because it is around twenty five, which is a perfect

well, we could use the two extra that we took. When we were finished with our

Let me start by saying that I ve improved somewhat throughout this course in regards
to my writing capabilities. Though these skills are not perfect by any standards, it s
with some pride that I can say that they ve developed somewhat. Specifically

slippery slope to losing the context of who said what as you pointed out within the

This discomfort about discussing racism is common, in my experience. I suspect that
many people are afraid of talking about racism because they are afraid they will say
something politically incorrect.
Employment discrimination is probably the most quantifiable form of racism.
Numerous Canadian studies show that although visible minorities as a whole have
the highest level of educational attainment and relatively high occupational status
compared to White Canadians, they have lower incomes, even controlling for all
