THE 7 PRODUCTIVE HABITS
Ali Danish
(Strategic thinker, Creative trainer)
BEING PRODUCTIVE IS AS MUCH IMPORTANT AS BEING SUCCESSFUL.
PRODUCTIVITY MEANS MEASURE OF THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN INPUT AND OUTPUT.
BUT WHAT HAPPENS WHEN WE FAILED, WHAT IT COSTS TO US?
TENSION, ANXIETY, DE-MOTIVATION, DISCOURAGEMENT, AND STRESS.
Before knowing about 7 productive habits, I believe we have
to know more about the root cause of not being productive
even we do have the same 24 hours a day as others.
Unclear Dreams: when we are not sure about any decision
which we are making, we never live in it longer and lose
focus, so mostly left in the middle and result, gain nothing.
Engagement: Most of us surrounded by unnecessary
gadgets and social activities even at work station. Its not
only waste your time but also it makes you more exhausted
and battery died early. Sometimes too much knowledge is
killing and deviate you from your main objective.
We never appreciate to live in a cage and not social rather
we believe in managing social and work life balance.
THE 7 HABITS
 Think before Act:
Plan your work and
think about all the factors in your
favor or disfavor then take a decision
and when you took decision firmly
stick to it.
 Communication:
No business is a one
man show, so keep sharing your
thoughts and be clear in your
communication with your staff and
peers to make it effective and
meaningful.
 No Judgment, No Intention
Listen carefully and
never Judge or create negative
intentions rather always welcome
others’ ideas, but you have a right to
disagree in a way which not lead to
conflict or discomfort so again better
communication and sharing ideas are
key to be productive.
 Focus on Importance:
Prioritize the work, judge by
considering urgency and importance
matrix rule and be focus.
 Can do Attitude:
Never let you demean or
underestimate. Love challenges and
always have a sense of exploring by
giving yourself value with positive merits
which you have. Start from Point One;
Plan, Organize, Focus, and never fear
from failure, just embrace new
challenges with open mind.
 Don’t let Technology rule you:
If want to be productive
and successful, be unique, think big and
genuine. Never be a copy cat or never
look for success by following, as stealing
never gives inner satisfaction or long
term productivity.
REWARD YOURSELF:
LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST, WHENEVER ACHIEVE SOMETHING, DOESN’T MATTER BIG OR SMALL,
ALWAYS REWARDS YOURSELF THROUGH YOUR FAMILY, FRIENDS, MUSIC OR EXERCISE.
“YOU MUST NOT COMPETE, YOU MUST BE UNIQUE”
