Funding Event Volunteer Role with Gateshead Council
I wanted to write to your personally to thank you for giving up your time to help out the
Funding Event which was held at the Hilton Hotel in Gateshead on Monday 27th
April
2015.
Thanks, in no small part to your help, the event was very successful and very much
appreciated by those who attended. Your help ensured the day ran very smoothly and
your personal approach created a very professional presence which I know was
appreciated by funders who operated stalls and those that attended to seek help and
advice.
Throughout the day you provided excellent support to the team delivered all tasks
assigned to you with confidence, efficiently and effectively. You provided a high level of
customer service and were extremely helpful in registering attendees and ensuring
attendance at the relevant workshops. The registration process was quick, attendees
were all directed to the correct stalls, the workshops were managed and all general
queries were dealt with in professional and business like manner.
I would very much welcome your involvement in future events with Gateshead Council in a
volunteer role. I will ensure your name remains on our circulation list to receive up to date
information on all our volunteer roles & opportunities.
