An Anti Bullying technology platform which allows victims or bystanders to report bullying acts on campus anonymously using basic text messaging. It further, invites the victim or bystander into a "texting conversation" and records by using time and date stamping. The technology is approved under the Schools and Libraries ERATE Priority 1 funding program which can allow for up to 90% reimbursement depending on their NSLP (National School Lunch Program) rating.
2. • SMS Message : Short Message Service, aka “Text Messaging” our messages sent
from mobile devices and are 160 characters in length and is most
commonly referred to as “Texting.”
• Common Shortcode : Short numeric numbers (typically 4-6 digits) to which text messages
can be sent from a mobile phone. Wireless subscribers send text
messages to common shortcodes with relevant keywords to access a
wide variety of mobile content.
• Keyword: A word or name used to distinguish a targeted message within a
shortcode service.

• Opt-in: The process where the subscriber provides explicit consent after
receiving a mobile alert.
• Opt-out: The process through which a subscriber revokes consent after
