Texas Bond Forms

This document is an irrevocable letter of credit template. It allows a financial institution to guarantee payment up to a specified amount to the Comptroller of Public Accounts in Texas on behalf of an identified taxpayer. The letter of credit expires on a given date and allows the Comptroller to demand payment by presenting drafts along with a payment demand notice and copy of the original letter of credit. The letter of credit is subject to international standards for documentary credits.
