This document is an application for a California homebuyer's tax credit. It contains sections for the seller to certify that the home has never been occupied, as well as sections for the escrow company to provide closing details. Finally, there are sections for up to three qualified buyers to provide their contact and ownership information and certify that they intend to use the home as their primary residence for at least two years. The buyers will receive a tax credit of up to 5% of the home's purchase price or $10,000, whichever is less.
