This document describes a filter relief valve open pressure test rig that is ISO 9001 certified. It has a stainless steel and epoxy coated structure that can test filters up to 4.0 kg/cm2 pressure. The rig features an in-built oil tank with heating, temperature control, flow measurement, adjustable fixtures, and an optional digital display. It is used to test filter end cap relief valve open pressure according to SAE standard HS 806.
