1. There were three main reasons for the deterioration of the brick facade at the building in Valencia, Spain: the absence of control joints, an inadequate use of gripping material, and exposure to sun and rain effects like temperature gradients and humidity changes. 2. The brick layer covering the front of a floor slab detached due to incorrect specification of material layer thickness and a lack of supervision during construction resulting in poor connection quality between the brick layer and wall surface. 3. High relative humidity and lack of ventilation inside the building, as well as a lack of proper training for workers, were also cited as causes for the brick detaching from the external wall.

From my point of view, there are two following reasons that cause this defect.
Add ideas 1. The incorrect specification of the material layer thickness causes the
deterioration of brick layer which covers in front of a floor slab.
2. The detach of brick is due to bad quality connection between brick layer and
wall surface through the lack of supervision in the construction process.

In my opinion, two main reasons related to this deterioration are:
Ontology 1. The high relative humility and lack of ventilation in the building are the
reasons to make the brick detached from the external wall
