5. MIXING PROCESS
 Fill cationic bitumen emulsion in the sprayer truck and circulate it thoroughly
 Add water (potable) followed with Terraprime slowly, continue circulation for 10
15 minutes
 If water is alkaline, in order to ensure stability of cationic bitumen emulsion (pH
<7), prior to mixing Terraprime, add 0.5 – 1.0 kg Acetic acid or 1 kg
Hydrochloric acid (35%) for every 1000 liter of emulsion.
 Recirculate the mix every 3–4 hours, use the emulsion mix on the same day
and empty the tanker

DOSAGE

8. Put water drops on the treated dried surface to check efficacy
of waterproofing
Retention of water drops on surface for 15- 20 minutes
