Payment Terms: Full payment of the above bill shall be paid within 30-days or postmark dated no later than 25 days from the
above billing date. All payments are due and payable at the remittance address shown at the top of this memo. There will be a
monthly finance charge of 2% on all sums due but not equal less than a $25.00 charge to Skovron Mechanical Services, which
have not been paid within the 30-day grace period. Any expenses including court cost and attorney’s fees paid or incurred by
Skovron Mechanical Services in endeavoring to collect such indebtedness will be paid by the above payee.
Estimates – Can be verbal or written and is a call to provide price for repairs, system upgrade, and new installations were
troubleshooting or tools are not required to provide customer with pricing. This would be a visual inspection with
measurements taken and customer concerns discussed. Service calls that will take over one hour or require parts will be
presented as an estimate for additional work to be completed upon approval.
Service call – Is a call taken as one of the below scenarios and requires troubleshooting upon arrival to locate, fix, and or
estimate cost of repairs found necessary from troubleshooting problem. A minimum one hour charge covers travel charge and
first hour of work or troubleshooting, any additional parts and/or labor is extra. Travel time outside of 30 mile radius around
Manchester, NH and hourly rates apply.

Preventative Maintenance (PM) – Prices above reflect one time maintenance on one individual system. Maintenance
Contracts will be established for commercial chain accounts based on amount of equipment and number of locations.
Maintenance is flat rate scheduled work. Additional work will be estimated and scheduled if time is not allowable at time of
PM upon approval. System upgrades to provide better comfort or efficiency will also be addressed with customer. Page two
