Tennis Elbow is a painful condition affecting the tendons attached to the forearm muscles on the outside of the elbow, caused by muscle strain and repetitive injury from repeated forearm muscle contractions. It most commonly affects individuals aged 40-60 years engaged in activities involving repetitive wrist or arm motions, and is diagnosed through MRI imaging showing signs and symptoms of slow progressive pain that if left untreated can lead to chronic elbow pain.
