Greater Nashville Area Smart City Transit Agenda
A Multicultural Civic Society Premier Tennessee Communication
Public Private Partnerships and the need for a collaborative effort to consolidate
finances for the procurement of infrastructure to alleviate traffic congestion as well as to
accommodate the influx of new persons relocating to the area and new persons
graduating school of whom will be entering the areas workforce.
As we know Nashville's greater area is developing at a rapid rate as well as a great
number of peoples are so to speak moving to this great city. With the rapid influx of
people joining the workforce and moving to the area for healthcare and music, it is
required of us to develop high quality infrastructure that of which will meet the
demands of the growing population.
Therefore it is upon us as Nashvillians to finance for our own infrastructure as well as
the middle Tennessee infrastructure, fore a great many commute from the suburbs of
middle Tennessee to areas all across the greater Nashville area. Thus the most effective
way for us to accomplish this means of developing the infrastructure as well as meeting
the housing demands of the area, is to utilize the numerous numbers of unemployed
construction workers of which at a national rate is around 4.5%

The area alone is well known for its service sector and with a great number of migrants
traveling to the area it is upon us to work with these migrants to build a prosperous
multicultural society, hence Nashville is the number one city in the nation for
immigrants with a high Asian, a large Kurdish population and an extremely high latin
american population. Therefore we as a united city and within the scope of state
operations must utilize our REITS & RICS corporations to finance an agenda to build
this mega multicultural society into a premier transportation city and premier visitation
tourist city, area.
Franklin as a historic battleground area for civil war tourist is a relatively large
attraction for historians and peoples whom interest the rich history of america. As
Franklin was the decisive battle city for historic war that enabled the civil rights
progression and human rights progression of the modern civic industrial era.
Thus with the unique heritage of the area and the many modern historic sites ranging
from the bicentennial mall where we hold the farmers market to union station and music
city hall of fame our expected tourist influx will multiply at an exponential rate as the
global population grows.
Tho the most pivotal factor is that we are experiencing a great amount of people
relocating to the area, thus as franklin and Williamson county functioning as the historic
pinnacle of the bell middle Tennessee area we must plan around the foundation of these
historical heritage sites & the preservation of the pristine history so proudly cherished
by the historian societies.
Furthermore as we see this is means to building a conglomerating multicultural society
with history both in civic relations and as a historic city of modern global culture with
the nexus effect as a network hub of venture & health care & entertainment capitalism,
we must finance & plan a high technological advance infrastructure system with smart
city aspects as a united system that is designed around the various heritages and cultures
of a great global city.

Thus to finalize the nature of how we should accomplish this united system as a bell
smart city we must pass legislation in Tennessee to allow Public Private Partnerships
that will allow the venture capital firms and health care firms and music entertainment
professionals to partner and finance construction of high quality infrastructure projects
ranging from high speed rails that travel above and on the interstates as well as building
of new interstate routes and state routes for the purposes of alleviating the traffic
congestion this with the key factor of preserving heritage historical sites. This will
include building upon districts with high rises from central Nashville to the surrounding
areas as well as connecting the grids to smart city tech monitoring systems that will
allow for weight measurement including using the smart city sensor systems to calculate
when and where to direct traffic routes on a area based google fiber smart grid 5g
system that will allow for rerouting of traffic congested areas.
Tho on a final key point here we must utilize this public private partnership initiative to
bring the societies closer on a communication basis of which will be the prime agenda
via allowing smooth commutes and smooth communication of all the travelers
composite movements during all times of the day.
This way we will procure and generate a high multicultural civic society and high grade
modern industrial smart city transportation system that of which will be the premier
global city of the new era.
