employees relative to a business enterprise's Non Liability Equity value, & its
combined value is a (business enterprise's projected growth index)
Thus (CI*NLI)/NLE=BEPGI equals the margin value to which we determine how much
asset based capital we should trade or allocate or release from balance sheets as a
derivative swap to the treasury for SDR GOV Treasury Insurance Credits or TBILLS,
hence how we are able to finance new operations.
Therefore a business enterprise quantifies the margin of quality based expected
productivity as the foundation to how much of its recent capital assets produced in past
quarters is necessary to in a quotient value, swap, as a set of collateral asset derivatives
for innovative investment capital, of which is allocated from the treasury for corporate
acquisitions of other companies or for equipment purchases or for in house company
research projects, or for the development of new product lines within a companies
operations, or for expansion of factory building within new territories, or for expansion
of client bases within new territories as it pertains to the service and marketing sectors.
The BEPG assets are thus maintained in a national treasury bank via the gov treasury at
market swap SDR value and in turn the new assets are QDAV wise used to print new
SDR TBILLS that of which are utilized to invest or authorize grants as seed capital start
up monies for new business enterprises and research projects and or social and political
