be able to finance health insurance to those in need via short term debt in the transition
period to cover the 20 million americans whom may be without during the Trump
transition period from a federal to state exchange based program to a federal to private
market base platform.
This will be facilitated via the future of tech, fore everyone now a days has a tablet or
smart phone, thus they will be able to access the market across state lines without
limitation and thus will be able to attain health insurance at a lower cost.
Also insurance subsidies to those seeking the subsidies will be able to acqurie the
subsidize insurance via government online sites where they will apply and attain
coverage via direct SF subsidies.
Therefore short term transition debt will be required like taking out a first time loan to
start a business but in this case refinancing government appropriations will be sufficient
to start up a private healthcare insurance market exchange.
