ความหมายของระบบ(System)
ระบบ(System) คือ กระบวนการต่างๆ ที่อยู่ในเครือข่ายเดียวกันและมี
ความสัมพันธ์กันระหว่างกระบวนการเหล่านั้น และเชื่อมต่อกันเพื่อทางานใด
งานหนึ่งให้บรรลุถึงเป้าหมายที่วางไว้
การวิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบสามารถแบ่งออกเป็น 2 ส่วนด้วยกัน คือ
1.การวิเคราะห์ระบบงาน
การพินิจพิเคราะห์ การพิจารณา การใคร่ครวญ การไต่สวนความหรือการ
วิเคราะห์นี้สามารถนาไปใช้กับวิชาการต่าง ๆ ได้มากมาย เช่น การวิเคราะห์
โครงสร้าง การวิเคราะห์เชิงคุณภาพ การวิเคราะห์เชิงปริมาณ การวิเคราะห์
ปัญหา
2. การออกแบบระบบงาน
การออกแบบ หมายถึง การนาเอาความต้องการของระบบมาเป็นแบบ
แผน หรือเรียกว่า พิมพ์เขียวในการสร้างระบบสารสนเทศให้ใช้งานได้จริง
ความต้องการของระบบ เช่น สามารถติดตามยอกขายได้เป็นระยะ เพื่อให้
ฝ่ ายบริหารสามารถปรับปรุงการขายได้ทันท่วงที

หน้าที่ ของนักวิเคราะห์และออกแบบระบบ
1.จัดทางบประมาณค่าใช้จ่ายต่าง ๆ รวมทั้งด้านกาลังคน
2.กาหนดแผนงานและระยะเวลาที่ใช้ในการพัฒนาระบบงาน
3.ดาเนินการสัมภาษณ์และรวบรวมข้อมูลที่สาคัญต่อการพัฒนาระบบงาน
4.จัดทาเอกสารและวิเคราะห์ระบบงานของธุรกิจในปัจจุบัน
5.พัฒนาระบบงานโดยใช้เทคโนโลยีปัจจุบันเพื่อแก้ปัญหาให้แก้ธุรกิจ
6.วิเคราะห์ถึงความเหมาะสมต่างๆของเทคโนโลยีการปฏิบัติการและฐานะทาง
เศรษฐกิจ
7.ทบทวนและยื่นข้อเสนอระบบงานเพื่อพิจารณาอนุมัติ
8.ออกแบบและตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของระบบงาน
9.ออกแบบแฟ้ มข้อมูลหรือฐานข้อมูลและโครงสร้างงบต่าง ๆ ที่ใช้ในระบบ
10.ออกแบบลักษณะการติดต่อระหว่างผู้ใช้ระบบกับระบบงานคอมพิวเตอร์
(user Interfaces) เช่น ข้อความต่าง ๆ ที่ปรากฏบนจอมอนิเตอร์ในขณะ

11.ออกแบบวิธีการเก็บข้อมูลและเทคนิค
12.ออกแบบระบบรักษาความปลอดภัย(Security)และการควบคุม

คุณสมบัติของนักวิเคราะห์ระบบ
ผู้ที่จะทาหน้าที่เป็นนักวิเคราะห์ระบบได้จะต้องมีคุณสมบัติดังต่อไปนี้
1.ความรู้ทางด้านการเขียนโปรแกรม เพื่อจะได้สื่อสารกับโปรแกรมเมอร์ได้อย่าง
มีประสิทธิภาพ นักวิเคราะห์จะต้องเข้าใจว่าสิ่งใดที่จะเขียนโปรแกรมได้หรือเขียน
ไม่ได้
2.นักวิเคราะห์ระบบเปรียบเทียบเหมือนผู้จัดการทั่วไปจะเป็นผู้ที่ตัดสินใจในการ
กาหนดออกแบบระบบทั้งหมด
3.นักวิเคราะห์ระบบจะต้องเป็นผู้ที่ให้คาแนะนาด้านเทคนิคที่ควรจะเป้ฯให้แก่
โปรแกรมเมอร์ ผู้ออกแบบรายงานแบบต่างๆและวิศวกร
4.นักวิเคราะห์ระบบจะต้องเข้าใจระบบที่จะทาการออกแบบและคนที่อยู่ในระบบนั้น ๆ
5. นักวิเคราะห์ระบบจะต้องเป็นผู้ที่ทาหน้าที่เห็นสื่อกลางหรือล่ามระหว่างนัก
ธุรกิจผู้ต้องการให้ออกแบบระบบกับโปรแกรมเมอร์หรือผู้ใช้ระบบ
6. นักวิเคราะห์ระบบควรจะมีความรู้ทางด้านภาษาชั้นสูง อย่างน้อย 1 ภาษา
7. นักวิเคราะห์ระบบจะเป็นผู้ที่ติดตามประมวลผลระบบที่ออกแบบและติดตั้งว่า
ได้รับผลตามวัตถุประสงค์ที่วางไว้ตั้งแต่ต้นหรือเปล่ารวมทั้งการประเมินออกมา
เป็นตัวเลขเพื่อชี้แจงให้ผู้ที่ออกแบบระบบเข้าใจ
8. นักวิเคราะห์ระบบควรจะมีมนุษยสัมพันธ์ที่ดี เนื่องจากนัดวิเคราะห์ระบบจะต้อง
เกี่ยวข้องกับคนในทุกระดับในองค์กรรวมถึงระบบปฏิบัติการ
9. นักวิเคราะห์ระบบที่ดี ควรจะมีประสบการณ์ทางด้านการออกแบบระบบ
พอสมควรโดยในช่วงแรกอาจจะเริ่มต้นจากการเป็นโปรแกรมเมอร์ และการ
ออกแบบเล็ก ๆ น้อย ๆ ในระบบ

วงจรการพัฒนาระบบงานสาหรับระบบสารสนเทศ
วงจรการพัฒนาระบบงาน (System Development Life Cycle : SDLC) ของระบบ
สารสนเทศ ได้มีการคิดค้นขึ้นมาโดยมีขึ้นตอนที่แตกต่างไปจากวงจรการพัฒนาระบบงาน
สาหรับระบบงานทั่วไป ตรงที่มีขั้นตอนในการพัฒนาระบบงานที่ละเอียดว่าถึง 7 ขั้นตอน ซึ่ง
นักวิเคราะห์ระบบต้องทาความเข้าใจว่าในแต่ละขั้นตอนว่าทาอะไรและทาอย่างไร สามารถแบ่ง
ออกเป็นลาดับขั้นตอนดังนี้
1. ค้นหาปัญหา โอกาสและเป้าหมาย (Identifying Problems, Opportunity and
Objective)
2. ศึกษาความเป็นไปได้ (Feasibility Study)
3. วิเคราะห์ความต้องการของระบบ (Analyzing System Needs)
4. การออกแบบระบบ (Designing the Recommended System)
5. พัฒนาซอฟต์แวร์และจัดทาเอกสาร (Developing and Documenting Software)
6. ทดสอบและบารุงรักษาระบบ (Testing and Maintaining the System)
7. ดาเนินงานและประเมินผล (Implementing and evaluating the System)
