Telesales Executives – B2B
Location: Central London
Salary: £20,000 Basic - £35,000 - £50,000 OTE.

Our client is the UK’s leading business rate specialist. Their range of services cover
every aspect of building consultancy from business rates, lease advisory and building
surveying services. With a unique business proposition, which has delivered
savings of over £190 Million to their clients over the past 10 years, they are now the
fastest growing property service business in the UK.

They are currently going through an exciting expansion program to grow the
business by over 50% in the next 12-18 months and are currently looking to recruit a
number of high calibre Telesales Executives who have extensive experience working
within the Business-to-Business Market.

Reporting to the Sales Manager, they are looking for candidates who can deliver a
consultative service, which has the capability to build relationships in years to come.
You’ll maximise potential revenue through your detailed ‘fact find’ whilst discussing
the benefits of their services and managing the expectations of the client.

Key Responsibilities:

   -   Plan and carry out direct telephone marketing calls (cold calling)
   -   Maintain and develop your prospect database
   -   Advise clients professionally on CVS service
   -   Arranging meetings for consultants to obtain signed contracts on no success
       no fee basis….

The Ideal Candidate:

You’ll be a highly successful Sales Executive with extensive experience working in a
Business-to-Business environment. You’ll need to be a good listener and confident
on the phone, whilst also have a proven history of achieving targets and KPI’s.

With an excellent basic and outstanding and realistic OTE, this is a fantastic
opportunity for top sales executives from a sale or call centre background to further
their career with the industries most successful organisations.
