1. S-ECO pipes and S-ECO-ESD pipes (NEW!!)
S-ECO-ESD pipe is designed to prevent damage to an electrostatic discharge
sensitive device (ESDS) and to reduce secondary reject rate in shop floor. With
a stable surface resistivity of 107Ù, and a hardenuneven surface, S-ECO-ESD
pipe is suitable to be used in a clean room environment especially for semi-
conductor and electronic industry.
ECOFLEXS-ECO
pipe is a special formulated powder-coated-pipe, utilizing the powder coating
technology. It is fully recyclable, light, and environmental friendly. Unlike other

Metal Joints are metal components that link the pipes together. Available in ED Black (bk), zinc coating (Zn) and nickel
coating (Ni). Metal joints are locked with M6 bolt and T-nut, which could be tightened and un-tightened using an allen

Roller and Bracket
Roller Track is used to make Gravity Flow Rack, FIFO rack and other material
flowing application. It is a very important element in Technovision Pipe Joint
System. It is available in two size, 40mm wide roller, and 85 mm wide roller. The
standard length of roller track is 4 meter. Available in Normal (white) and ESD
(black).

MIDC Bhosari, Pune.
2001 The striking start of manufacturing trolleys and pallets in Chinchwad, Pune, which led to an expansion of space to
3500 sq. ft.
2004 In order to widen horizons, the company was officially registered as a Pvt. Ltd. Company.
2005 With a vision of expansion, relocated headquarters & main production unit at Chikhali MIDC, Pune, with a large
space of 16,500 sq. ft.. Also ventured into designing and manufacturing of Unit Handling Conveyor Systems.
2006 The efforts of the company were recognized and the company was awarded ISO 9001 certification.
2008 Success followed and the company invested to set up a new factory.
2010 Registered under D & B, D-U-N-S.

Technovision ‘Two Post’ VRC is widely used to move the material from one floor to another floor with great safety. It is
