The $733 million Publix Employees Federal Credit Union has benefited significantly from being a beta testing site for several companies over the past few years. It also provided valuable feedback that influenced final products and allowed the credit union's IT team to become extremely familiar with the products through skills transfer and training. The IT team managed the additional workload well due their virtualized infrastructure and did not need to add staff.
