• Understand the business of the client and their key business issues, advise on best practices
• Map the client Business into ERP/CRM/Information Management Products and technologies

• Prepare clients for supporting the system in a production environment
• Support clients' operational ERP system to ensure there is innovation and the system meets changing business requirements
