Trainer’s Profile
Mr. Asad-Ur-Rehman is a Senior IT Consultant with extensive experience in software
development and implementation. Mr. Asad has over 22 years of experience in IT industry at
very senior level.
Senior positions in software houses had compelled Mr. Asad to form and manage high
performance teams. Being an Engineer from NED and very technical person himself, he has
learned simple techniques of managing people and their motivation.
He is Executive Director at Open Integrated Solution. His last position was Director Sales and
Operation. Prior to that he was Chief Operating Officer at Plexus a Software House owned by
Meezan Bank. He has worked as Chief Technology Officer at large manufacturing and
distribution group (Kolson), heading their IT department. He has successfully implemented
ISO processes at his previous company and developed team for internal audits.
He has been associated with Muhammad Ali Jinnah University and PAF-KIET as adjunct faculty.
Also served as trainer at PICQ; teaching Software related courses. He has delivered many
sessions as guest speaker at local universities on Quality Assurance and Career Guidance.
