CHOOSING SUITABLE STORIES
• Stories should be short because the
attension spam is not very long.
• The language should be super simple.
• The language pattern should be repetitive.
• The illustrations should depict the events
in the story clearfully to help children
understand.

WATCH AND LISTEN TO
THE STORY
(Power Point)
• Family worksheet
Story time (2nd session)
• Watch and listen to the story again.
• Act out the story using hand puppets.
• Song: “five green frogs sitting on a leaf”
• CONCLUSION:
Stories are a great resource for the
english classroom because children love
them and they help to learn vocabulary
