Project Description: Bell Canada is a leading Telecom company of Canada and US. Bell Canada is renowned as the
second mobile service provider in the Canada. Interfaces module is responsible for creating Reports and Extracts
to be sent to Customer for Business Analysis. It is responsibility of Interface to provide information to customer
using reports and extracts about Payment Posting, Adjustment, Adjustment Reversal, Invoice Receipts, Over-
payments, Refund, Refund Reversal, Collection etc.
Responsibilities & Contributions:
 Working on Informatica Power Center 8.5, 9.1.0 components: Designer, Workflow-Monitor, Workflow-
Manager, and Repository-Manager.
 Analyzing the problem tickets related to flaws in functionality, design and code of the Informatica mappings
and creating a permanent fix for them.
 Enhancing the existing design of the problematic mappings to resolve the problems and ensuring their
successful deployment in the Production Environment.
 Understanding the flow of data from source system to target system and correcting it in case of mismatch
and missing data.
 Performing unit testing of the enhanced mappings to ensure their successful deployment in Production
Environment.
 Communicating with all the stakeholders and various teams to gather the basic understanding about the
problem tickets.
 Understanding the functionality of the major Informatica mappings related to applications like Data
Warehouse (DWH).
 Driving the communication between various teams including client and internal team to ensure timely
completion of the problem tickets.
 Compilation of CR (Customer Requests), IA Documents, IES Documents, Design Documents, Release Notes
