Change Management Consultant

Job description
- Develop a set of actionable and targeted change management plans – including general OCM plan for different
phases of the project, communication plan, training plan, etc.
- Create communication artifacts and make presentations to inform the impacted stakeholders about the changes
of systems and business processes.
- Work with communication, training, HR and OD specialists in the formulation of particular plans and activities to
support project implementation.
- Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and make a report which includes findings and
recommendations.

- Intern will be based in Mumbai, India
- Monthly stipend is equal to 25.000 Indian rupees irrespective of dollar rates
