The apprentice will work as part of a product development team at a technology company, assisting with testing and validating Android applications. Their responsibilities will include testing applications on various devices, following test plans, logging bug reports, and maintaining test plans as the company's portfolio of 12 Android apps is regularly updated. They will report directly to the Technology Manager.

1. As Programmer at PlaygroundSquad your main responsibility is to provide quality code for your
own portfolio as well as the projects you are involved in. You will learn 2D and 3D game
programming using C++ and 3D APIs such as DirectX or OpenGL.
You will also learn about subjects such as mathematics, rendering, network, AI, physics, audio
programming, scripting, optimizations, code management and teamwork. You will work with both
PC and dedicated hardware consoles such as PS Vita, PS3 and PS4.
* The apprenticeship is divided between studying and working in authentic or client-ordered
projects.
* A senior developer from the industry will assist you in your training and guide you through your
projects on a daily basis.
* During projects you will work in teams together with friends from the Artist, Designer and
Programmer disciplines.
* You are to administer your schedule with responsibility and dedication to make the most of

2. As an Artist at PlaygroundSquad your main responsibility is to provide

characters for games using industry standard 3D tools. You will bring
characters to life using animation or motion capture techniques, and
utilize lighting, shading and effects in modern game engines. You will

3. The apprentice will be part of the product development team and

The apprentice will be responsible for the validation and testing of our
Android applications portfolio:
- build and load applications on various Android devices
- follow existing test plans and produce test results documents for
each demo on every device
- expand and maintain test plans
- log bug reports in database
- This role is crucial in our organization as we now have 12 different
Android applications that are updated regularly.
