ST. REGIS, WEST BAY, DOHA, QATAR.
A Luxurious 5 -Star Hotel and Apartment accommodation having an area of
85,000 sqm. that occupies full basement parking, consisting of 3 tower
development. The first tower which is a 336 room's 5-star Hotel with a
Ballroom having a capacity of 3000 people fronting with 10 villas &
Poolside Restaurant facing the sea. And, next to it is 297 rooms Twin Tower
Apartment complex with Ballroom capacity of 1000 people with built-in
poolside amenities & Restaurants. And Lastly, the Circular Tower

Project Experience:
West Expansion of Seef Mall at Seef District, BAHRAIN.
Seef Properties, worked on the expansion of the largest Seef mall in
Bahrain. Both common and tenant area are 50,000 sq. m. The expansion is
50% of the existing retail spaces and includes a mix of Steel roofing and
R.C. building. It also includes a use of Tent structure (Fabric, Steel and
Glass). Seef properties, with its technical division developed and managed
the projects including concept design, design review and construction
management. Seef Properties also managed the tenant fit out process, which
started during the last 3 month of construction. Project period 16 months.
Project Budget US$ 32,500,000.000.
Seef Tower at Seef Mall operated by Fraser Suites, Bahrain.
Seef Properties currently developing 91 services apartments (5 stars) on top
of Seef mall to complement the entire complex. Seef Properties with its
technical division is managing the project with the architecture design input.
The project is 19 floor of unique mix between steel structure (from 6 to 19
floor) and R.C structure (the first 6 floors). The project duration is 14
months. Project budget is US$ 23,000,000.000.
Riffa views Mall a Joint Venture between Seef Properties and
ARCapita.
Seef Properties Jv Arcapita is Developing a new Mall in Riffa area. The
mall is adjacent to an integrated development to establish a new community.
A community with no restriction to boundaries. The mall is a first phase of a
multi-phases project starting with a 14000 sp.m. On a 60000 sq.m. Land.
The mix of landscape and building is created to continue developing a
relaxing environment. The project Cost is US$ 18,000,000.000 and Project
Duration is 15 months.

Jamaica Bay Water Pollution Control Plant, Phase II Improvements,
Queens, NY.
DiGeronimo PA, as sub consultant to Metcalf & Eddy, is design architect
for appropriate support facilities to accommodate plant personnel, both
administrative and maintenance staff, in an 50,000 sq. ft. administration and
maintenance building at the Jamaica Water Pollution Control Plan (WPCP)
situated in Jamaica, Queens, adjacent to JFK airport, New York.
DiGeronimo is also designing two major new process buildings and
alterations to several existing buildings to accommodate new water
treatment processes and related equipment.
Three Ventilation Buildings, Brooklyn Battery Tunnel, NY.
DiGeronimo PA is Prime Consultant to the Triborough Bridge and Tunnel
Authority (TBTA) / Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA).
DiGeronimo PA provides architectural/engineering services to replace
elevators at the Brooklyn and Governors Island buildings, to rehabilitate
egress facilities at the Brooklyn, Manhattan, and Governors Island buildings;
and to rehabilitate the building façade and the dock and fender system at the
Governors Island Building.
State University of New Jersey at Rutgers, New Brunswick, NJ.
DiGeronimo PA is providing architectural/engineering services for the
Higher Education Capital Improvement Program College Avenue Campus
Group II at the State University of New Jersey at Rutgers. The Program
includes six (6) buildings with a total estimated construction budget of $3.5
million dollars. DiGeronimo PA is prime architectural consultant.
North Hudson Park, North Bergen, NJ.
DiGeronimo PA was architectural consultant to PMK Group, prime
consultant, on this project for the County of Hudson, New Jersey.
DiGeronimo PA prepared architectural drawings and specs to replace the
Spanish tile roof and roof framing to this historic park structure.
Construction cost is $200,000.
Design-Build, Aviation Brigade Vehicle Maintenance Facility. Fort
Drum, New York
DiGeronimo PA is part of the Design-Build Team for the Vehicle
Maintenance Facility (VMF) for the Aviation Brigade at Fort Drum, New
York. The facility will consolidate units at one location close to the airfield.
The project includes 88 work bays and five administrative areas in two
major buildings. In addition, the project includes organizational storage
buildings, unit storage buildings, and Class IV storage buildings.
DiGeronimo completed all documentation for the architectural design of all
buildings. This project is designed with the intent of maximizing the use of
sustainable design and development practices. We are maximizing the use of
the sustainable design and development practices. At a minimum this project
must receive the Bronze Certification under US Army Corps of Engineers
Sustainable Project Rating Tool (SpiRit). Cost is US$ 25,000,000.000.

ATLANTIC AVIATION FBO HEADQUARTERS, PHILADELPHIA
INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, PENNSYLVANIA
Atlantic Aviation has a 70-year heritage of providing quality service and
state-of-the-art facilities for corporate jet owners. As part of their planned
growth strategy, they have unified their corporate image with the redesign of
their existing facilities and the construction of a flagship headquarters at
Philadelphia International Airport. DPK&A was the designer for the new
prototype and responsible for the completion of the first two terminals in
Pennsylvania.
CONSTRUCTION COST: $13,000,000
COMPLETION DATE: 2000
Frankford Transportation Center, Philadelphia, PA:
A new intermodal terminal facility, major modifications to a large bus
maintenance and storage facility, and the restoration of an exisitng historic
terminal building. The project includes a new elevated rail structure and
passenger platform, a 36-berth bus facility, and an 1,100 space parking
garage. The project also includes passenger amenities such as a customer
information desk, a contemporary climate-controlled waiting area, an
electronic schedule information center, retail shops, a sales office, public
restrooms with handicapped accessibility, and a Septa Police Office
TERMINAL B/C IMPROVEMENT PROJECT
PHILADELPHIA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT, PENNSYLVANIA
DPK&A designed the renovation and addition of more than 400,000 sf as
the B/C passenger terminal at PHL for Philadelphia’s Division of Aviation.
With 16 specialty consultants, DPK&A’s design team coordinated this effort
in response to the Philadelphia Division of Aviation’s and US Airways’
initiative to modernize outdated structures, streamline airline and airport
functions and create an effective hub and a visually distinctive image within
a very strict project budget and difficult site conditions..
ERIE FEDERAL COURTHOUSE
ERIE, PENNSYLVANIA
DPK&A, in a joint venture with KSBA, designed the renovation and
expansion of the Erie Federal Building. The site contains three historic
buildings. The 1937 Federal Building and the 1897 Erie County Library are
on the National Register of Historic Places. The 1946 Baker retail building is
eligible for the Register.
An Annex will be built for the Federal Building and the Library Building
will be adaptively rehabilitated for court uses. The front portion of the Baker
Building will be renovated to become a Post Office, preserving an active use
on the important retail street. A new sky-lit, glass-walled connector building
and forecourt will allow the existing historic buildings to retain their
identity.

POLICE DISTRICT HEADQUARTERS
PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA
The 24th and 25th Districts have far outgrown their existing facility, located
on a tiny block of Front and Westmoreland Streets. A new 40,000 square
foot station building for the Police Districts and the East Division Detectives
began construction in late spring of 2000. In addition to operations space for
the Districts and Detectives, the program includes a sallyport, processing
area and cellblock for transfer, processing and temporary housing of
arrestees, two preliminary hearing courtrooms and a generous front lobby for
public reception.
CHURCH OF OUR SAVIOUR
GLEN MILLS, PENNSYLVANIA
A fast-growing, dynamic religious organization, the congregation’s campus
includes a 1920s school building for K-12 classes and an adult bible school.
Currently, a brick gymnasium building from 1900 is being used as the
chapel.
The church is currently making landscape improvements to the campus, with
walkways, a fountain, and an enlarged parking area.
DPK&A was asked to help create a vision for renovation and expansion.
DPK&A developed sketch image drawings and planning studies to increase
the chapel from 260 seats to 600 seats.
GARAGE ASSESSMENT
PHILADELPHIA, PENNSYLVANIA
The study was for an existing, 580-space, underground parking garage and
plaza. It assessed all components of a two level, ramped garage and
identified corrections, modifications and a scope of repairs required to bring
the facility to current standards and to achieve a 20-year service life.
The study examined architectural, structural, vertical transportation,
mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems. The assessment identified
problem areas, established design criteria and determined critical issues.
