The Design Thinking skills acquired in this course can be applied to my everyday job. I work at a digital marketing and
communications company and although I work with designers, marketers, project managers, media analysts and user
experience designers, amongst others, there is no defined work process or methodology. I think the design thinking
methodology and process could be applied perfectly. This would allow us to undertake future projects as a
multidisciplinary team, with different views on the situation while reframing problems, identifying customer needs and
creating innovative concepts and solutions with real added value for our clients. This will definitely set us apart from other
digital marketing and communication agencies while delivering meaningful digital solutions.
The process would be iterative and with a focus on generating human centered innovation through Design Thinking:
