While starting up a food cart business, the first thing you have to consider is what product you
will be selling.
Since food carts are essentially a variation of the quick service restaurants, fast food, and items
that can be prepared easily and quickly should be preferred.
After considering all these factors and after some discussion we decided to start a taco truck.
So, some of you might know what is taco while some of you might be wandering what it is. A
taco is a traditional Mexican food consisting of a small hand-sized corn- or wheat-based tortilla
topped with a filling.
A taco can be made with a variety of fillings, including chicken, vegetables, mayonnaise and
cheese, allowing for great versatility and variety. They are often garnished with various
condiments, such as lettuce, onion, tomatoes, and chiles.
Introduction
Business Plan:
The second most important part of running a food cart business is selecting a location. location
is a key consideration in setting product price.
Before finalizing the location, we decided to do a quick market survey. In which we gathered
information about the competition in the locality we selected.
As we know that food cart businesses are more successful and have better prospects near
offices, supermarkets, train stations, terminals, colleges and universities where there is a good
crowd because of busy interjections.
After that we observed the location for several hours on different days.
Location
For deciding on the pricing of product, first, one need to research their competitors and their
target audience.
Even if in the locality we are the only one serving Tacos or anything, we cannot raise the price
high because that will lower down our profits as your customers can go to another vendor who
will be selling at a cheaper rate. One should price higher in an upscale mall and much lower if in
public markets

us to analyse the sales for the whole year which is estimated to be of 80000 units in a year
