This document advertises a two-day training seminar on project leadership skills. The seminar will take place March 15-16, 2010 in Arlington, VA and offers up to 14 PDUs. Participants will learn how to become effective team members and leaders, use communication techniques to improve productivity, make decisions as project managers, and manage project change. Topics over the two days include strategic team building, leading virtual teams, communication, motivation, decision-making, conflict management, negotiation, and adapting to change. The goal is for attendees to gain critical leadership skills to increase project success.
