This four-day training event on project management will take place from March 31st to April 3rd, 2009 in Las Vegas, NV. Attendees will learn best practices for all phases of project management according to the PMBOK, including project initiation, planning, execution, monitoring/controlling, and closing. Specific topics include developing project charters, creating work breakdown structures, scheduling, budgeting, managing risks, and documenting lessons learned. Upon completion, attendees will earn 35 PDUs and 30 CPE credits. The training will use presentations, exercises and case studies.
