We all have good and bad thoughts from time to time and situation to situation. We are bombarded daily with spiraling thoughts(both negative and positive) creating all-consuming feel , making us difficult to manage with associated suffering. Good thoughts are like our Mob Signal (Positive thought) amidst noise(negative thought) in the atmosphere. Negative thoughts like noise outweigh positive thoughts. These thoughts often create unwanted confusion, trouble, stress and frustration in our mind as well as chaos in our physical world. Negative thoughts are also known as “distorted thinking”.

inhabited by our ancestors. The conducted archaeological
research confirmed the presence of people in this place
already 30,000 years ago. years ago. The found artifacts
from different eras: horn and flint tools, weaving spindle
whorls, arrowheads, horseshoes or clay vessels made it
possible to learn about the history of the place and the way
of life of its former inhabitants. The last period of
settlement in Birów dates back to the early medieval and
medieval times. At that time, a Slavic settlement was
established here, together with a barrow cemetery at the
foot of the mountain.

used to pass where the chapel of Saint John stands today. The forest
rustled around, and the summer sun burned mercilessly. The
knight was very thirsty, but there was not a drop of water around.
