The developed solution has been working for 10 years already with few changes and corrections.
Currently more than 250 employees use the system.
Enterprise’s demands were covered at 90% rate after the system had been implemented. The
following peculiarities of the companies in brewery industry were taken in consideration: grain and
non-grain raw materials accounting, bottling process automation, accounting of production and
dispatch of products in different amounts/volumes, large daily volume of document-flow, complex
hierarchy in the company including affiliates and remote warehouses, high standards to software fault-
resilience. The lack of coordination between different services was eliminated and centralization of
databases was fulfilled.

The automation process was aimed at unification of accounting and central database;
organization of interaction with the range of automated management systems for
technological processes, with Belorusneft Fuel Station – Service system; increasing of
reported data completeness and consistency; substitution of out-of-date software
products with single modern complex information system.
Developed software reaches almost all the areas of enterprise’s operation, allows
organizing a single information system for financial and production accounting and
management.
