sinclair. Sinclair has a Latin origin “clarus” which
means "pure, renowned, illustrious".
• Changing i to y makes sync; which refers to the word
synchronize. The system aims to synchronize what
the user needs and the functionality of the system.
• Moreover, modification of clair to claireee is made.
Claire means bright and clear; the system wants the
user to have a clear understanding of what the system
offers.
4. Synclaireee is a library management that has 3 primary
goals: Easy to use, Efficiency, and Excellence.
Explaining the system's goals:
• Easy to use - allows everyone to use the
system's functionality with easy-to-follow
interface.
• Efficiency - allows users to navigate the
system with reliable speed and consistency.
• Excellence - aims to give a great library
management service and satisfy the users'
needs.
5. • Caters registered users of the database. Users can
access the library database easily with the guidance
of our librarians.
• Everyone is entitled to unlimited access to books
and their information.
• Synclaireee library intellectually ties our customers
to their favorite authors by reflecting the striking
details of that particular book and reliving the user's
imagination as it happens right in front of them.

7. • tblLibrarian has 5 attributes and its primary key is Librarian_ID. The relationship
between tblLibrarian and tblBorrowDetails is one-to-many since a librarian should
be present to manage the book-borrowing transactions. Moreover, the
tblBorrowDetails can be able to receive many requests from tblLibrarian.
8. • tblBooks has 4 attributes and its primary key is Book_ID. The relationship between
tblBooks and tblBorrowDetails is one-to-many. Since our system allows multiple
books can be borrowed at the same time by any user. Moreover, the relationship
between tblBooks and tblAuthors is one-to-one. For the reason that in every book in
the system, there is only one author.
9. • tblBorrowers has 5 attributes and its primary key is User_ID. The relationship
between tblBooks and tblBorrowDetails is one-to-many. Since a user can borrow
more than one book and/or the user can have more than one transaction at the
same time.
10. • tblAuthors has 3 attributes and its primary key is Author_Code. The
relationship between tblAuthors and tblBooks is one-to-one. Since in every
book, there is only one author.
11. • tblBorrowDetails has 9 attributes and its primary key is Transaction_Number. First,
the relationship between tblBorrowDetails and tblLibrarian is many-to-one since
there can be more than one transaction that will be supervised by a librarian.
Second, the relationship between tblBorrowDetails and tblBooks is many-to-one
since a book can be borrowed in different transactions. Lastly, the relationship
between tblBorrowdetails and tblBorrower is many-to-one since there can be
plenty of transactions that could be made by a user.
