The document proposes expanding the scope of the Aldata Customer Association to represent the global Symphony EYC customer community following a merger between Aldata and EYC. It suggests enlarging the association's scope and representation to include the full Symphony EYC product set and interests of all customer communities. It also proposes maintaining the association's focus on collaboration and influence as an independent entity, enhancing the customer executive committee role, and responding to requests for more integrated global cooperation.
2. Founded in 2002, the GUA has successfully facilitated collaboration
across its members and lobbied Aldata on development
requirements for over 10 years. In 2012, GUA members and
subsequently American GUA members ratified the proposal to
become the Aldata Customer Association to offer the same support
to all Aldata customer communities – globally.
With the recent merger of Aldata and EYC, it is the ambition of
Customer Association Executive Team that the scope of the
association grow to reflect the needs of the global Symphony EYC
customer community.
