· I excel at closing sales. In selling insulation, targeting markets with new
construction and retro re-insulation. I sell myself, my company and my product of
services to set apart my company from the competition. In a high market month I
was able to sell $360,000, averaging about $250,000 there after.
· I am excellent at estimating cost. I break down the material and labor cost, using
percentages by doing a take off of a blue print or by walking the houses or
buildings. I follow current market trends. As a result I can create an accurate
proposal for the construction sales.
· I am a self starter able to complete tasks promptly and efficiently. I identify the
work orders with the labor force and account management. I supervise the jobs in
progress assuring quality control and promptness of completion. As a result other
contractors are able to start their next task.
· I have good relationship-building skills. I am efficient in deal making and can be
trusted to put the company's interest first
· I am professional and reliable. I complete work to order. I keep up with the new
technology and products evolution. I stay informed of the latest codes and
regulations.
