Focuses on the critical analysis of ethical theories and principles that enable ethical decision making in nursing such as resolution of conflict, role of patient, role of nurse and role of agency. 3. Learning outcomes: The students will be able to identify the different legal and ethical aspects in the nursing practice (ACCN Essential V; QSEN: patient-centered care, teamwork and collaboration).
