WINWORKERS is an international IT company based in Switzerland specializing in
enhancing the Microsoft System Center products for customers, worldwide.
WINWORKERS` team of consultants delivers enterprise solutions for projects in the
field of infrastructure management and IT process automation.
WINWORKERS develops tools and portals to improve the services provided by
IT to the business and its end users. MyDeploy is the new portal to bundle all
automation activities.
WINWORKERS is a Microsoft Gold partner and member of the System Center
Alliance actively participating in technical forums and future product development
programs, worldwide.
WINWORKERS were recently featured in a Microsoft Case Study (attached) and a
Microsoft Video (link attached) on technologies to automate private cloud
datacenters.

6. Unified Communication Services
Multi -Tenant solution for SMEs
Swisscom previously rolled out Office Communication Services to Small and Midsized Enterprises (SMEs),
Swiss-wide . Therefore WINWORKERS integrated a multi tenant solution based on System Center. The
solution is completely monitored with System Center Operations Manager which provides SLA overviews
and technical insides for troubleshooting.
 Services such as Exchange, Lync (OCS), Active Directory or Forefront are handled as a
new Swisscom Services
 Windows server infrastructure on premise is fully managed and owned by Swisscom.
 Services for all customers are administrated and billed from the central Swisscom
datacenter with an individual customer accounting.
 The customer obtains its services locally, but has no responsibility for IT staff or
maintenance of Swisscom servers.
