INTRODUCTION
Activities and experiences that are found in
art,craft,music,physical suggest way of improving the
Environment, social studies, English literature, agricultural
science and family life education.Asthetic education at the
primary level manifests itself in the activities and experiences
that are found in art,craft,music,physical education drama
and dance.Dance is integrated with both music physical
education while drama is regarded as a method of
teaching.This method ensures that learners rember more of
the subject in later life form a greater understanding of the
subject than mere words.Opportunities must also be
presented to develop an appreciation of art and artists,craft
and crafts men through study of the lives and works of
examples in the field as well as their own efforts and those of
their classmates.

Correlation physical science with music and craft
In science a student get the knowledge of
resonance,reverberation,vibrating systems in strings and air
columns and musical scales which is quite uuseful to him to
undergo a study of music.In music the student come across
various type of instrument and equipment which are based on
the principles of the science.
Eg.wood work, metal work, card bord modeling clay work.In
the improvisation and construction of science apparatus.
.polishing articles of wood and metal, soldering can be
encouraged among the pupils.
Thus the study of physical science is essential to the study and
development of the subject because physics and chemistry
have many basic principles for the proper understanding of
the subject.

CORRELATION OF PHYSICAL SCIENCE WITH ART
AND CRAFT
An art and craft programme is based on the following
assumption
That all children possess creative ability
That freedom of though and feeling is common to all and
should
Be nurtured
That there is a universal desire to express thoughts
feelings and experiences
That there is need to develop visual perception and to
heighten visual sensitivity to art, nature, and the
environment.
That there is a necessity to promote greater
understanding of the cultural expression of the various
groups in the society through exposure to and discussion
of the forms of expression

CORRELON OF PHYSICAL SCIENCE WITH LIFE AND
ENVIRONMENT
When we think of science that relate to the
environment,we often focus on life sciences.But
that’s only part of the picture.The physical sciences
physics,chemistry,geology,astronomy,meteorology
and so one are important to consider for
example,that neither people nor protozoa nor
anything else would exsist without the
sun,water,soil,rocks,nutrients,air and other non
living components of our environment.Our bodies
follow the laws of physics and chemistry.Our habits
are shaped by gravity and weathet.Even the moon
and the stars figure in turning the tide and guiding
migrating animals .Many environmental issue such
as water pollution .Energy conservation and global
climate change are grounded in the physical sciences
. Lesson on the environment provide a good
opportunity to introduce physical science concepts,
similarity, many physical science lesson are an open
door to environmental topics. Once you start looking
you will see many ways in which physical sciences fit
in to the environmental education and how
environmental education can be incorporated into
physical science lesson.

CONCLUSION
Co curricular activities provide students with opportunity to
practice further what they learn in the classroom and ministry
partners with various organization to facilitate this activities
include debating and public speaking mental
mathematics,participation in the arts festivals annual and
soca completions, parang,steel band
completion,environmental pursuits and a range of sporting
events.The art and craft programme in the primary school
seeks to educate the students imagination,helping them to
express their personal vision and to capitalize on their
capacity for dreaming and wonder.Activites in which art is
integrated in other areas of the curriculum can also be use to
assesss pupils,skills and talent in this area.
